The sea surrounding Baja California is often described as the aquarium of the world, home to a vast variety of sea animals. It is time to explore its beauty. Come with us on a 7-day trip around Baja California Sur to discover curious gray whales, impressive humpback whales, enjoy unspoiled beaches and wild deserts with fascinating flora and fauna.
Itinerary
Day 1: Bienvenidos a La Paz! Included airport transfer from La Paz airport to our hotel. Welcome Meeting and optional first dinner.
Overnight in La Paz, Hotel HBlue.
Day 2: Get ready for our first gray whale encounter. We will travel to Puerto Chale, where we will do a 2-hour boat trip to experience the friendly gray whales. After an included lunch, we will travel to Puerto San Carlos. Overnight in Bahia Magdalena, Hotel Villas Mar & Arena.
Day 3: Today we head out early for a second gray whale watching with a stopover at Isla Magdalena for an included lunch. Before we go back to the mainland, we explore the sandy dunes and you have the option to walk over to the pacific coast. Overnight in Bahia Magdalena, Hotel Villas Mar & Arena.
Day 4: We head back to La Paz. Spend the afternoon relaxing at the rooftop pool of the hotel, explore the town or opt to go for a hike and immerse yourself in the unique flora and fauna of the peninsula. Overnight in La Paz, Hotel HBlue.
Day 5: The area of La Paz is known for its stunning beaches and fascinating desert environment. After a tranquil breakfast on the terrace of the hotel, we head out to explore the natural beauties of the area. Hike to see famous Balandra beach from above and enjoy some beach time. Overnight in La Paz, Hotel HBlue.
Day 6: Get ready for a fun day trip to Cabo San Lucas. Look out for humpback whales, dolphins, sea lions and even other whales during today´s whale watching tour. Take your photo in front of the Arch of Cabo and, if you like, enjoy a swim in the ocean. After lunch we visit the charming town of Todos Santos. Last group dinner (included) to celebrate a fantastic week. Overnight in La Paz, Hotel HBlue.
Day 7: Departure day. Time to say
goodbye.
